An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

We may correct pricing, product, or promotional errors and cancel affected orders. Discount codes and promotions may have additional conditions, expiration dates, usage limits, product exclusions, and restrictions on combining offers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, severe weather, incorrect addresses, inventory issues, or events outside our reasonable control. 6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

The FORJ name, branding, packaging artwork, website design, text, graphics, illustrations, photographs, videos, and other content are owned by or licensed to FORJ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. If you submit a review, idea, message, photograph, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights.
