Each scoop lists 100 mg sodium, 200 mg potassium, 20 mg magnesium and 40 mg calcium, along with B vitamins. FORJ is a flavored dietary supplement—not a medical hydration product.

Each tub contains 30 servings. Mix one scoop with 14–20 ounces of cold water and adjust within that range to match how bold you like your flavor.

FORJ is manufactured in the USA in a facility that also produces milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans and sesame.

Orders are generally processed in 1–5 business days. After processing, standard U.S. delivery is generally 2–4 business days. We also ship to select international destinations; customs can add time and international duties or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
