Shipping policy

We ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations. Available shipping options, rates, and destination availability will appear at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are typically prepared within 1–5 business days before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing may take longer during especially busy periods.

United States delivery

After processing, standard United States delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. Express delivery, when available at checkout, typically takes 1–3 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International delivery

After processing, delivery to supported international destinations typically takes 3–5 business days. Customs clearance may cause additional delays outside our control. The shipping options and rates currently available for your address will be displayed at checkout.

Customs, duties, and import fees

Orders are shipped from the United States. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.

Import rules for dietary supplements vary by country. International customers are responsible for confirming that the products they order can be imported into their destination. Customs authorities may delay, hold, or refuse a shipment based on local requirements.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information after your order leaves the facility. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear.

Address changes and cancellations

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If something needs to be changed, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing, we may be unable to change or cancel it.
